My full name is Gabriel von Knorring (yes, un-pronounceable last name😉), but my friends call me Gabo!

When it comes to leadership, I have been tested in many different situations, such as:

  • Team leader Explosive Ordnance Disposal, EOD
  • Army Officer
  • Instructor and teacher
  • Sports coach (Ultra trail running, ball sports, etc.)
  • HR Manager
  • Logistics Manager
  • Business owner and online entrepreneur (virtual teams)

I have recently developed a disturbing addiction to chocolate-covered cookies; this will most likely be my downfall 😂

Patrik Markus (Leadership Advisor)

My name is Patrik Markus (yes, I have two first names 🙂).

My leadership experience comes primarily from my 12+ year military career as an army officer; I have also gained valuable insights from my previous roles in security companies.

Outside of my commitment to Sancus Leadership, I balance my full-time job as an army officer with family time and my responsibilities as a homeowner.

So, why Sancus Leadership? Collaborating with Gabo to provide leadership advice to organizations and their leaders has been a long-standing aspiration for us, and now, here we are.

I value honesty, loyalty, and a structured approach to solving problems.
